The glass ceramic cooktop EVVO V60 DUO with INDUCTION TECHNOLOGY distributes heat more evenly. It features 3 cooking zones and a BRIDGE ZONE, which increases the cooking area, to adapt better to the diameter of the pans and achieve the perfect cooking point.

It also features a BOOSTER function to reach maximum power in less time.

The TOUCH CONTROL PANEL, integrated in the high hardness BRIGHT GLASS, makes it easy to use and allows you to choose from 4 special cooking functions to cook at the right temperature level.

INDUCTION TECHNOLOGY

This EVVO glass ceramic cooktop uses INDUCTION TECHNOLOGY to achieve more even heat distribution and cook the inside of the food much faster. This technology transmits the heat directly to the surface of the pan, so that less energy is lost in the process.

BRIDGE ZONE

The EVVO V60 DUO includes three cooking zones of two different diameters, 20cm for the small ones and 30cm for the BIG ZONE. The two small zones accept smaller pans up to 16cm and the BIG ZONE accepts 26cm.
By combining the two 20-cm zones, you get more flexibility forming the BRIDGE ZONE, a larger zone for grills and long griddle plates.

MAXIMUM POWER IN SECONDS

With the BOOSTER FUNCTION, the EVVO V60 DUO can reach maximum power or the desired temperature faster. It brings the water to the boil in record time and makes cooking much faster.

AUTOMATIC SHUT-OFF

Thanks to the SAFE OFF function, any of the cooking zones will automatically turn off if the selected temperature has not changed for a certain period of time.

PREVENTS BURNS

The RESIDUAL TEMPERATURE INDICATOR is activated when the temperature of the glass is dangerous to touch after the cooking zone has been turned off and will turn off when the temperature drops to a safe level.

SAFETY IN YOUR KITCHEN

The EVVO V60 cooktop includes a double safety system to prevent unnecessary accidents:

The first one, KEYPAD LOCK, activates the SAFE MODE to prevent accidental changes in temperature or cooking function while working. This option is deactivated when the cooktop is turned on and off.

The second one, CHILD LOCK, completely locks the appliance to prevent children from turning on and using the cooktop. It completely locks any action, and even when it is turned off and on again, the lock will remain active.

DUAL FUNCTION TIMER

The timer of this EVVO glass ceramic cooktop is available in two versions allowing you to program a time from 1 to 99 minutes.

First version is MINUTE RECALL TIMER. It can be activated when the cooking zones are off.

The other version is COOKING ZONE TIMER, that allows you to program a separate timer for each of the cooking zones so that the zone stays on for the set time and turns off at the end.

HIGH HARDNESS GLASS

Its high-strength ceramic BRIGHT GLASS prevents the hob from scratching or breaking easily. The completely smooth surface and lack of buttons makes cleaning easier.

INTEGRATED TOUCH CONTROL

The EVVO V60 DUO cooktop features a touch control panel integrated into the ceramic glass cooktop with different indicators that alert which cooking zones are on, show the time or display the type of lock activated.

The specific buttons allow you to control the time and induction zones, special cooking programs and the BOOSTER, pause and on/off functions, making it completely user-friendly.

COUNTERTOP RECESS MEASUREMENTS

This EVVO glass ceramic hob has standard dimensions.
Its measures 590 mm x 520 mm (length x width). Therefore the required recess for correct installation should be 490 mm x 545 mm (length x width).
